This paper aims to identify and study the blood flow acoustics characteristics of different degrees stenosis in carotid artery. Blood will produce acoustics, but presence levels are expected acoustic characteristics. The simulated by using computational fluid dynamics software (CFD). Several three-dimensional models arteries that have used together with a normal/healthy artery - i.e., 30% 70% blockage. geometry stenosed model computationally generated from normal geometry. In addition, viscosity level was also increased this value 0.005 kgms-1 (from 0.004 kgms-1) compare effect hyperglycaemia (i.e., diabetes mellitus) may bring additional complications flow. Pulsatile simulations for all cases order mimic exact condition which inlet velocity outlet pressure change time. present shows as degree increases at common (CCA), internal (ICA) external (ECA) increases. maximum changes ICA systolic peak an increase 8%, while opposite trend is observed ECA peak, where reduction 3% occurs terms viscosity, increases, decreases potentially provide further on clinical problems. simulation showed power 5% 20% has stenosis, respectively. indicates potential developing non-invasive means diagnose measure arteries.
